Hey there! I’m an enthusiastic designer, creator, and human with a passion for digital experiences and a desire to make the world a little better each day. In my life, I have had two big passions; art and technology. Through design, I have found a way to connect both these passions, by fusing creativity with critical thinking.

I am currently in my fifth year at Simon Fraser University, majoring in Interactive Arts and Technology with a design concentration and a minor in Publishing. I’ve got a wealth of projects and group work under my belt, so I’ve got a strong foundation in design, content strategy, and communication. Throughout my degree, I’ve become a pro at using design software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Axure as well as web development (HTML, CSS, SASS, PHP, SQL) and object-oriented programming (Java).

But enough about the technical stuff, let’s talk about the fun stuff! Aside from geeking out over layouts and design systems, I make sure to make time for side projects that flex my creative muscles. Being a designer means more to me than just a career, which is why I’m passionate about designing outside the walls of a classroom. I’ve attended several hackathons throughout university, where my project Streamline won Best User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) in 2021. In the past, I have participated as a volunteer Web Designer at an educational startup and continually work on freelance projects for friends and family.

In a nutshell, I’m a designer who’s passionate about using my skills to make a positive impact on the world through design, and I’m always looking for new and exciting opportunities to do just that. Let’s create something awesome together!
